As a Newbie, you cannot own your own establishment. You must board your horses at someone elses stable, whether it is another members or one of the staffs. You can ask them nicely, and they may accept you as a boarder. They will make pages for your horses, and you give them your horses updated information every so often. These updates include ages changes, new ribbons, new registries, and other changes. You have to pay the person every month, or whenever they require.
When you have been here for a month, you become an experianced member. Now you can make a stable. Go to a site such as Geocities or Tripod, and make your own site for free. Then, E-mail me your site, and I will tell you if it is approved or not. When you have your own stable, you have to pay for it. I will make a page that has all prices on it, from stalls to arenas to pastures. You can start with a small barn, and gradually upgrade to a state-of-the-art facility. It is worth the price though, and you won't have to pay boarding fees. You can also host shows and clinics.
If you own a barn, you will have to pay for feed and employies. You buy food from the feed shop, and you can ask on the boards for people who can become workers.
